1. The family (re)union has come and gone, but the good feelings still linger. We are all still talking about it and loving that it happened and happened so well. Here is one of the photos by Michele Monet to prove that we really were all together. To give you a height perspective, the young woman with the long, dark hair and red shirt (daughter Amy) is 5'5" and she is standing up.

2. I love all the comments I get, but wish more of you would talk to us and link your blogs for us to read. This is such a wonderful community. Some of you have directed me to local farmers markets and specialty stores. Some of you have suggested lighting solutions for my art room (we think we are on to a great solution...stay tuned) and some have suggested day trips for John and I to explore. I love all that. Thank you so much.
3. I received quite a few e-mails about the art links posted yesterday, so here are some more:
Thank you so much, Connie! This award is for blogs you really like to visit.
As most of the awards go, you are to nominate five blogs with their blog links, email them, post this award on your blog with the link going back to the person who awards you the award, and then they nominate or award five blogs. It has perpetual motion and good feelings. Isn't that nice?
Tace Okay, that's it for tonight. I have given you quite a bit to look at in those links. Have fun, but don't forget to come back here again!
I love new links! Thanks for sharing those. I'm a blog browser!

Wowsers , thanks for the link on your blog! That's so cool, and a blog award...dang that's handy cause we broke open a bottle of port last night and had no reason to celebrate...but a HA, WE DID!!!
Love the family photo, did every one choose to wear the red and blue or was that a happy accident? Very cool anyways.
