Just for those who are or will be students at the Michael deMeng Small Studio Workshops, we have Michael doing a book signing for his wonderful "Dusty Diablos" book. It will take place at the Landings (where all the workshops take place) on Friday evening.
Plus he will be giving an art talk. The book is his homage to Mexico and his love affair with a place he holds very dear in his heart. Specifically he will talk about how his work relates to Mexican culture and how it evolved from his many trips there. Michael believes Americans can learn a lot about the value of art in society from our neighbors south of the border.
Plus Michael will entertain a question and answer period.
Plus Michael will be selling his books that night if you have not already purchased one.
Plus we will have dessert!
