Now that we are nearing the end of the Small Studio Workshop Series, we don't want it to end. I am thinking about next year and would love to hear who your favorite teachers and/or workshops are. Also answer me this: What do you want to learn next? Leave a comment or two at the end of this blog entry and I will take into consideration your remarks and opinions. Thank you.
John and I are in hot pursuit of the pretty easy supply list that Lynne Perrella has requested for her workshops in a couple of weeks here. We already have almost everything on hand for us to use in the workshops.
I can't wait to make this:
Lynne has taught for me a number of times over the years, but I have never been free to take one of her workshops myself. I am excited. I will be the fidgety one in the back row of the classroom, excited to begin.
Misc. bits:
The latest issue of Uppercase arrived today. Very cool.
Keith left me a wonderful present before he left. He uploaded (or is it downloaded) a file of his favorite art to my desktop. Now every morning when I log on, there is a surprise bit of Keith art greeting me. Isn't that the best?
I have always wanted to take a stamp class with Sherrill Kahn--love her color design sense and could you have it in the Cincinnati area!!! That's not asking for too much is it? A girl can dream right?
