I kept checking to see if the Open sign had mistakenly been turned to read Closed, but no, it was facing the right direction. Then I thought perhaps I had forgotten to unlock the door, but no, it was okay. I opened the door and looked in my store's windows to see if something was amiss, but no, everything looked fine. BUT,it was absolutely beautiful outside and many people were sitting at the outside tables at Panera's and Mitchell's. It was just too nice to shop. I didn't have one customer until about 3pm today and then it was steady and busy...thank goodness.
I do have very cool customers, though.

We are off to pick up Michael deMeng and Andrea Matus deMeng and then the fun begins. Two excellent instructors and artists, 6 workshops plus a gazillion students and what do you get? One really fun weekend of Small Studio Workshops! Right here at the store!

Hi ginny! I usually don't let people take pictures of me Cuz i'm alittle bit wider. Then I used to be but you are so cool. We really had a great time in your store. I'll be coming on Friday for that class. I see you 2marrow .Thanks judi
